The Evergreen Aero Modelers invite you to attend our 4th annual Electric Powered Model Airplane Event on Saturday & Sunday August 20th & 21st.
Located at the Bibbee DeAlton Air Field directly behind the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinnville Oregon, the event features lots of relaxed open flying on Saturday and low-key fun competitive events on Sunday.

Landing fee $25
All participants will receive a door prize (you won't be disappointed) and a raffle ticket to Saturday's drawings at 3:00 pm.
The landing fee covers both days of flying and all prizes and raffles. If you just want to fly on Sunday the fee is $5.00
After closing time on Saturday and Sunday open flying (glow or electric) is encouraged until dusk.
Current 2011 AMA membership is required!
Coyote Hobbies will be onsite selling electric aviation products.

The Evergreen Aero Modelers (TEAM) and the Bibbee DeAlton Field offers one of the finest model aviation facilities in the Pacific Northwest. RC flyers enjoy a 500 x 24 foot paved runway, 500 x 10 foot grass runway, paved taxiways, 6 flying stations and a fenced pit area with frequency board and individual pit tables. The RC field has electricity on-site with underground irrigation systems and features safety fencing and attractive landscaping. A beautiful oak grove provides a shaded picnic area adjacent to the flying site.
